Cabano Kingsway Acquires Transport M. Courchesne Inc. - Fifth Acquisition in Fifteen Months for Cabano Kingsway
SAINT-LAURENT, Montreal--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 9, 1998-- (ME:KBN.) Cabano Kingsway, a Canadian transport industry leader, announces that it has acquired all the shares of Transport M. Courchesne inc. of Drummondville, a company specializing in transport of bulk merchandise.

CanaAudemars Piguet Watchda Kingsway will continue to operate its new subsidiary under the same name. According to the terms of the agreement, Marcel Courchesne will stay on to manage Transport M. Courchesne inc., which operates mainly in Quebec and Ontario. Cabano Kingsway will also maintain all current jobs. The yearly sales of TransportGucci Watches M. Courchesne are approximately $1 million, and its fleet numbers almost 25 tractors and tankers.
